March 2, 2007 -- Idolopia.com, an American Idol News and Commentary Blog, opened for business just as AI's top 16 were announced for Season #6. In the early days of opening this site has seen significant traffic.

March 2, 2007 -- WebSeek.us, the first general link directory of the Merry Network, was acquired. This directory will specialize in listing U.S.-based websites.

February 5, 2007 -- Merry Christmas Radio.com has been redesigned for 2007 using a customized Wordpress installation. More than 200 hours of new audio content has been acquired for expanded programming for the 2007 holiday season.

February 1, 2007 -- RankQuote.com, a webmaster services site own by the Merry Network, jumped in page rank to PR3 with minimal marketing efforts over the past three months.

Christmas Talk Sold, Stays on as Affiliate
February 1, 2007 -- The Merry Network has sold Christmas Talk.com to Mona Smith, an active user on many network sites known best to the community as Lightitup. Christmas Talk stays within the Merry Network as an affiliate and will continue to participate in newsletters and cross-network promotions for the Christmas community.

Merry Christmas Radio Jumps to PR4, Improves on Google
January 28, 2007 -- Merry Christmas Radio's December popularity has paid off in a dramatic jump in page rank. MCR now sports a PR4 and a #7 spot in Google for the key words "Christmas radio".

DotPeddler.com Redesigned
January 17, 2007 -- DotPeddler.com, the Merry Network's domain and website marketplace, has been redesigned for 2007. The site now features built in RSS generation through a Wordpress backend to blog to the webmaster community.

Merry Christmas Radio Serves 70,000+ Listener Hours
January 14, 2007 -- Merry Christmas Radio's inaugural holiday season of broadcasting culminated with more than 70,000 listener hours during the month of December 2006. With more than 50 competing stations at Live 365 alone MCR was able to place in the top ten of stations during peak season. Heading into year #2 at MCR plans are being made for radical expansion of the playlist as well as a complete redesign of the website.

November/December '06 Traffic Breaks Records
January 1, 2007 -- Preliminary reports of holiday visitor traffic suggest a record breaking Christmas season in 2006. Led once again by My Merry Christmas, sites of the Merry Network enjoyed tens of millions of visits in November and December. Newer network sites Merry Christmas Radio.com and Christmasology.com both performed above projection.
